That's quite a list - do they think it was an accident or sabotage?

My link is working to the site.

    Try www.food.gov.uk instead.

It's a dye that went into chilli powder, which then went into worcester sauce, which then went into all the listed products.......but I don't know if it was sabotage or not.

(glad to see that there is no red wine on the list...bit miffed about the Pot noodles though!)

    Before there is widescale panic....

EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION of the affected products MAY contribute towards cancer, but you
are not going to get poorly by eating one rogue Pot Noodle.

I keep getting a DNS error from both links as well. Maybe you have special privileges, Juzzles?

Yup - I work part time in a supermarket, and we have just taken thousands of pounds of stock off our shelves.

Didn't get to see the full bulletin that we were sent, but our manager was in a bit of a flap about things - so many different products are affected, including crisps, ready meals, pie products, sauces and stuff.

I think its more of a precaution rather then there being any danger.

Original link seems to be okay again. That IS a huge list of products that's been contaminated. Luckily, the SF curries weren't listed and none of the stuff I bought in Tescos has been affected.

Well I have just had a lovely Pot Noodle with a dash of Worcester(shire) Sauce in it. Hey Ju33les darling, why didn't you say anything?

Yup, just had to take a load of sauces mainly off the menu at work... went down a treat with the customers who couldn't have what they wanted...:frown: Not even a cancer scare puts these people off their dinner...!

Too many people looking at the list is probably the reason why you can't always get to the FSA site.
It is scarey how many things could be affected, but at the same time, I suppose it is only consuming large quantities of the stuff which could cause problems.
