    British Open Champions - Foden's in Rugby 30th Oct 2004

    Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band are delighted to announce that the new British Open Champions, ** Foden's Richardson Band ** will be performing at the Benn Hall, Newbold Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, on Saturday 30th October, 2004 at 7.30pm.

    Major Peter Parkes will conduct.

    Tickets £10 (£8 concessions) available from Freeman and Neale, 40-42 Lawford Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2DY (please send SAE with cheque payable to Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band)
    Also from band members, from me (send me a PM) or on the door on the night. See for more info.

    Proceeds in aid of Bilton Silver Band new bandroom development scheme.

    It's a shame :( we'll all be playing with the tMP band :) at Pontins at the same time. I would love to go. Looks like a fantastic programme!!

    By the way, someone is "coming all the way from Bournemouth" to hear you!

    Foden's concert

    Thanks all for a great concert. I know it's a bit of an "absorbent" stage sound-wise, but it sounded pretty good from where i was sitting!

    And thanks to everyone that came along and supported the event.

    PS, Look what you've done, FoxyFlugel! Now it looks like our MD is going to buy Share my Yoke, drat him!

    My mate, Gary Fountain was a last minute stand-in on Soprano Cornet due to an illness to Alan Wycherley. Well done, Gary!
