Me and a few friends have put together our favourite songs, and come up with our top 100 rock songs (in no order) these are off my itunes list...

I know ive missed out 100's of classics, please help, give name of song and which you'd take out to replace it.

I know the Monkees have no right to be in this list, and personally im not sure about the Grateful Dead either...

I think the Monkees do deserve to be in there Sandman, and the Grateful Dead certainly do! I think the list is inspired - can't say I would change the channel if any of them came on the radio.

No Genesis, though? With Floyd, Tull, Dire Straits and Van the Man in there, I'd have thought some Genesis might have crept in, too.

    Rach to their own, though!

Aye, the prog genesis stuff is very cool...

I like the monkees, but I dont think they deserve to be in a list of rock with all these legends... my friends disagree??

Personally, I'd ditch the (weenybopper) Osmonds and Trex (over-rated, the band and the marge) in favour of Deep Purple and the Quo...
