Eskimos have 200 words for snow...

    But how many synonyms are there for rain/precipitation in the English language? Regional dialect words will be accepted if you can describe them. Also phrases such as "raining cats and dog", "throwing stair rods" etc.
    I'll get the easy ones out of the way:

    Rain
    Snow
    Hail
    Sleet

    BMB
