50p on the door is probably about right!

    As far as I know it'll contain most of the stuff from our University of Hull concert in January, as we haven't been able to rehearse much new music due to the Areas and now Easter. The January programme was;

    Ravenswood William Rimmer
Festive Overture Dmitri Shostakovich arr. Peter Kitson
Drink to me Only Trad. arr. Gordon Langford
    (Soprano Cornet Solo: Graham Drury)
    Rhythm and Blues Philip Sparke
    Charivari Trad. arr. John Iveson
    (Cornet Solo: Craig Gaskell)
    Out in Front Goff Richards
The Way we Were Marvin Hamlisch arr. John Golland
    (Flugel Solo: Joanna Peacham)
    Fanfare and Flourishes James Curnow

Overture: William Tell Gioachino Rossini arr. Gregor J Grant
Calon Lan Trad arr. Iain McKnight
(Euphonium Duet: Melanie Ornsby and Elizabeth Grosvenor)
    Paddy's Wake Stephen Tighe
    Conquest Neil Bowden
Lucy Long F Godfrey arr. Sydney Herbert
    (Trombone Solo: Mark Unsworth)
Amazing Grace Trad. arr. William Himes
Polotsvian Dances Alexander Borodin arr. Eddie Huckridge

Encore: Death or Glory Robert Browne Hall

But I think an Eb Bass solo is on in place of the Euph duet (due to illness), plus a few other adjustments no doubt...

Apparently tickets are on the door. No idea how much, but I shouldn't think they'd be much more than £5 or £6.

Hey it was quality although I think my mouthpiece has actually fused to the instrument in the intense heat :!:

I found it a touch chilly actually - must ask them to turn up the heating next time!
