    Hi all!

I am writing my uni dissertation on British wind band music in the early 20th century and need some help! I'm concentrating on Vaughan Williams and Holst, but the books on them mention hardly anything about the wind band music.

Does anyone have any information or can recommend any books or other sources? PM or email me so it doesn't turn into a BOCish thread!

Thanks very much in advance (and hope) :D

There is a book published in America titled "The Wind Band Masterworks Of Holst, Vaughan Williams, & Grainger" for which there is one seller supplying independently through Amazon.co.uk (think the price is a bit steep though). It might be worth seeing if it is available through inter-library loan.

    Best of luck
