What time do the concerts start ?
thanks Francis! will put my music in order
Sounds a good entertaining programme Fran, I'm afraid you've got me to cope with on Sunday, they've brought me out of retirement to introduce the band for a special one off occasion ;-)
You shouldn't have retire. Come back.
Dont believe everything you read (honestly you legal people) it did say "subject to change"
Looking forward to seeing you Ed. Retirement?.....where did you go?
Thanks Francis....it's great to be endorsed as a "legal person"
Just work made it impossible unfortunately. Must admit I really miss being involved with the band club. Will be good to see everyone Sunday night.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed playing at the Band Club last night. Great venue, nice friendly audience and very well organised. I just wish it wasn't on our rehearsal night or I would come down more often!! Cheers Ed, it was good to see you!
cheers for that Helen, was lovely to see you all too. it's a fabulous atmosphere at the band club, and great to know that the bands enjoy it as much as the audience do.
Keep passing the word on, we can always welcome more in the audience.
Just a reminder that there is no band club this sunday (7th March) due to the Yorkshire area contest. Back on next week with Thurlstone Brass Band (14th March)
See http://www.cityofsheffieldbrassband.org.uk for a full list of band club dates

another cracking concert by emley band tonight. Thanks garry and the band.
Yeh.... I'll second that Ed.... Had a great time - Just got home and it's nice to sit down !!!
Firstly Thanks Scooby for standing in for us, Nobody ever mentions the various idiotic ideas I have, thanks for helping us out!
Thanks for the invite Ed, Had a great time again playing for a knowledgeable audience, we felt warmly received again, and had fun!!
Where are all the bandsfolk? average age of the audience must have been 80! If we lived a little closer we'd be there every week. . . It's a great resource for the city of Sheffield and I hope it's able to run so we can visit you again next year.
