    Are you insane!?????

Don't you realise how dangerous it is? Obviously not. Exercise is very unhealthy for bandspersons.

OMG - seek help immediately. Is there a doctor in the house?

I like to watch in on the tv. The new season is starting now. The "Omloop Het Volk" race is next week, then Paris-Nice and the other spring classics...

Even when they're padded they're too small... I want a proper car seat on there! Comfort is paramount... especially going over the bumps! [IMG]

    I like X-C.
Where I live is fantastic for it (just on the South Yorkshire moors/Derbyshire etc).
Lots of hills and great scenery.
Sunday afternoon - Dunford Bridge - 10 miles - few pints and pub grub - 10 miles back. great!

I have a Scott Octane which makes it all even better ;-)
  10. dont like scott's get a custom built one then dont cost much, my road bike was 3K, track bike 800, mtb 2K

I just love all the cyclists in Edinburgh who want to be treated as road users but seem to live in a world where red lights and pedestrian crossings don't apply to them. :)

Now now John! :) What really bugs me is all those inconsiderate motorists who park in our cycle lanes at all times of the day. For the record.... I follow all rules of the road - I really don't want to end up squashed under a bus!

  14. well alot of cyclist do that but they probably dont drive cars! i stop at red lights its car and hgv drivers i hate they dont leave enough room when overtaking, i've been it 4 times by a car and once by a lorry
