    Training band class??

Are there any other classes? Our band has a training band of circa 17 players of all ages and we are on the look out for contesting opportunities that do not require the band to be broken down into smaller groups.

Good luck with the festival and hopefully we will be able to take part.

Sorry Nick, we haven't planned any other classes this year. We like to 'split' the band up into smaller ensembles as the younger players like to do their own thing sometimes.
Thanks for the enquiry and if any of you want to come and see Mnozil Brass on July 4th. let me know very soon.

What about the oldest boy/girl?;) I would stand a chance then!
Who is adjudicating - not steve, I hope?
Good luck with the event, it is good to see the West Midlands with a new solo contest.
    Regards to my Coventrian friends.

Didn't want to go down the 'age discrimination' route Mark, but I'd personally go out and buy an 'Oldest Boy' trophy, just for you!
Trouble is, I don't think you'd necessarily be the 'Oldest Boy' taking part, although you'd probably walk away with the Solo Prize anyway!

You've guessed it! Steve is adjudicating. He said he's really looking forward to it!

If you're free on the 3rd July, it would be good to see you Mark.
I'll pass your best wishes onto the Cov Kids.

    Regards,
    Mark H.:tup

For those who could not attend, I must congratulate Mark and his team for a fantastic event.
The venue, organisation, playing and superb trophies, were a credit to them.
This one deserves good local support and hopefully, we will witness the establishment of a noteable West Midlands event, for years to come.
    Well done all!
