    The programme was given in a school hall and the band was set up on the stage, as far forward as possible. Nevertheless the first half was very hard work as we couldn't hear each other at all well, and the sound was not carrying forward from the back of the band. Fortunately we were able to move down at the interval and things were a lot happier in the second half!
