you can, but be really careful...You have to do it on a really really low setting and be careful otherwise it starts to cook before it's defrosted and that is bad!!

If in doubt...get take away ;)

Yes, but how do you know they have defrosted it properly! This solo catering lark can be full of dilemas. Toast is a safe bet I find!

Good point....but how can you be sure the people in the toast factory, or even bread factory had washed their hands properly after defrosting their chicken earlier that day .....;)

    sorry, I'll stop now

That is a good point you have to assume they have otherwise they could not call it fresh bread!

Thats another thing why put the word fresh on the package, how many people look for stale bread?

Toast is not evil, its without doubt the most versatile of foods, breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternnon snack, tea, mid evening snack and late night after beverage snack!

So versatile see below even 80's legend??? Paul Young thinks so!!!

    A little piece of toast.

'Cos there's so much to choose from.
    There's brown bread, white bread,
    All sorts of wholemeal bread;
    It comes in funny packages
    With writing on the side,
But it doesn't matter which one you have
'Cos when you cut the crusts off,
    Have it with marmalade
    Or butter, cheese, tomatoes, beans,
    Or chocolate if you're strange,
    It doesn't really matter.

Oh no, it all goes with toast,
    Just toast.

  19. Being a self confessed fat bloke, i find toast alone does not have the necessary calorific requirements.
Toast is great but with the addition of dripping, jam, marmalade or peanut butter.

Yes but is that just as an appetizer to your legendary all day breakfast bap. Which as I remember is your usual dietary intake before band and contains:
Burger, Egg, Bacon, Sausage Tomatoes and mushrooms in a bap, but its all right coz its all grilled!!!!
