The Neil Project is set up in the name of a boy who lost his life to Leukaemia at the age of nine, after suffering from the age of three. The Project raises money to take other children and their families on a day trip. These children are from the wards or out patients of Jimmy's Hospital in Leeds who are suffering with childhood cancers. For some children this could be their last ever trip and others this could be a projection of positive well being they need to pull though.

The West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue band are giving their time free of charge to raise money for this charity, but the charity still needs to raise the money for the venue 'Cleckheaton Town Hall.' The Venue cost up to £500.

Tickets are free for this event and a collection will take place on the night. 12 April 2008.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to support this charity, please send me a private message and i will give you an address, you can send a cheque to.

Tickets will be available soon, look out for an update to this post saying when and where.

Many thanks for taking the time to read this.
