Hi there, I'm looking to get my instrument completely replated in the near future. Can anyone recommend a company that will do a quality job? I understand it may have to go for a complete service. Price isn't really an issue if it's a good job done. Preferably Lancashire/Yorkshire areas, again travel isn't a problem if its quality.

Brass Doctor - Smooth and Sophisticated on here did an old Olds cornet (1975) for Killamarsh last week - excellent service and silver plating for a reasonable price and it looks and plays like a brand new instrument. It was originally a lacquer finsih but at least half had come off over the years.

Paul Andrews always does a great job on my wee (bashed) baritone. His details are above. And he's a really nice bloke as well. :)
