This guy sounds like a talented chap.....three top bands in 6 months and two of them within a month!

    Feb 04 - Leyland website
The Leyland Band are delighted to announce that Richard Brown has recently joined them on Principal Trombone.

    June 04 - Faireys website
On the Trombone section the Band has two new tenor trombone players, Richard Brown on Solo Trombone........

    July 04 - 4barsrest
To concentrate further on his professional music career, Jonathan Beatty has relinquished his solo seat to move to the position of 2nd Trombone at Grimethopre Colliery UK Coal Band. The Solo Trombone position has been filled by Richard Brown

    Woh!

I know nothing of any personal/private circumstances surrounding these changes/moves, so nothing personal intended here at all...I am just an interested onlooker.

Did a YBS with Richard, he is a great player. 100% secure.

Good move all round I think.
