Brass teachers (Huddersfield, query)

    Brass teachers

    Hi, does anyone know of any good brass teachers in the huddersfield area, mine has retired and i'm struggling to find any one with vacancies.

    have you tried the kirklees music school??? thats where i was before i came to uni my teacher was called denise dransfield, if u want me infor PM me.

    If you said what instrument you were learning then you would probably get a better response.

    I thought you had lessons with mr Thompson. He isn't retiring! lol. You have lessons with him every Friday. :confused:

    i dont have lessons with him any more, i stopped a few weeks ago, i've been having lessons with some one from the salvation army and he's retiring. i was just finishing my terms notice with mr thompson cos i'd paid for it.

    What standard of teacher are you looking for? or more importantly what standard are you?
  10. i know denise quite well as shes our sop player at lindley, shes a solid player too so i could recommend her

    shes such a fantasic person hehe and a great teacher aswell
