Brass on TV

    Since the advent of digital TV; BBC 4 has screened some quite heavy classical music performances, which would only suit a niche market. Surely by this standard there must be people around with enough clout to get the British Open Gala Concert screened. :shock: :shock:

    See the thread on " Brass Competition on telly" , every year the National Eistedfodd of Wales is broadcast on digital telly ( not just highlights , but the full competition ) , unfortunatly not many S.Wales bands entered this year which was disapointing.

    The event is being filmed isn't it..let's hope so. Stavanger presentation is amazing to watch and YBS are the very best around at present..what a good representation of the banding world and what it can offer.
