    Hello there!

My name is Joshua Testerman, I am 16 years old and I have been playing the piano for 8-9 years. I compose my own music and am completely self taught. Very recently I decided to branch out into the world of instruments and I picked brass as my next journey as a musician. I really don't know anything about brass, but I am very excited to start! I have not picked an instrument yet, but I am leaning towards possibly the euphonium or the french horn.

I hope to learn something from you all and I am very happy to be here.

    Sincerely,
    Joshua

Welcome, Joshua. And best of luck with your new instrument. You won't find very many French horn players on here, since brass bands don't have any. But you'll find euphs a plenty...in brass bands, there are only two euphs, sometimes referred to as Show Off and Trainee Show Off
