    Thanks Nick,

Next year we will be moving to Mount St Mary's College at Spinkhill and Barlborough Hall School at Barlborough. There are 2 halls at Mount St Mary's College and we will use Barlborough Hall School for the 3rd.

It offers very spacious accomodation with rehearsal facilities bar and catering all within the confines of each complex.

The date will be Sunday 11th September 2011. The date has moved as the Lower Section National Finals have moved their date which now clashes with us. The date has moved by three weeks to this date which now offers the opportunity to those bands competing at Wychavon to have a run out with us the week before Wychavon contest.

I would like to extend my thanks to that of Nick's on behalf of Bolsover District Council to all the competing bands for a great day full of entertainment and innovative performances !!

I would also like to thank the 30+ volunteers who worked tirelessely throughout the weekend. Without volunteers such events as this would not take place.

Well done to all bands competing ! The Festival continues to flourish and innovate year on year !

Congratulations to all bands on the standard of playing which this year has been superb..

Thank you all for your continued support.

So then Steve, what's on the Best of Bolsover CD?
If Sarah's Myfanwy and Gladiator aren't on it, I'm not buying it!

Here is the track list for Best of Bolsover. If what you want is not on there, I suggest you buy the appropriate Section CD. At best it could only be 10 percent of what was played at the contest, unfortunately. But I think it's a good compilation nonetheless.

    Hi Ian,

They are being made right now and will be shipped this week. It's been a bit of a job getting all the credits right - 203 tracks on 12 CDs, if you count doubles as two.

    All the best,
    Steve Swinden
