Besson Customer services????????

    Has anyone else had any problems with Instruments returned to Besson, not being returned in a reasonable time.

    Bought a Sovereign Euph in March, had problems with the 4th valve from the start, unfortunately the player concerned did not tell us of the problem until Sept, returned the instrument to manufacturer via dealer and am still waiting for the return. Is this the norm from their customenr service now?

    i emailed them back in January regarding parts. I got a reply saying my email was being forwarded to a british correspondant. I am yet to recieve a reply
