    Wow!
    Some excellent prices here.
These are very good instruments and are a serious alternative to the Sovereign.
Definately worth considering if you are in the market for a new tuba.

Any sign of a Maestro BBb from Yamaha yet?

I can heartily recommend the Maestro (both of us play on them at Leyland) and wouldn't return to a sovereign given the choice. As regards a Maestro BBb, I heard a rumour there was one in the pipeline... not sure how long it'll take though.

I e-mailed Band Supplies and was told that something should be available in a couple of years.

John Myatts, in Hitchin Hertfordshire, are advertising Silver Plate Maestros (model 632) for £3200 and lacquer for £2999 on the back page of 21st June issue of the British Bandsman.
Contacts are David Fisher or Clive Reeves on 01462 420057.
