Well... I have discovered I have an amazing (?!?!) talent for writing limericks (i've written all of three) .... and have written one especially for tMM .. Mr John Sir here is your poem:

There is a fab chap called John,
    Who's computer is always on,
He is loved far and wide,
    For his generous side,
    tMP rules, number one!

    :D Hope you like it!

I have to tell you Han's limerick!

There once was a girlie called Han,
Who lived all her life in a pan,
    Doylie her husband,
    played in a brassbund,
and they had a little dog called Sam!

my first three were all written on paint and beautifully illustrated

    well thanks Liz :D

I'm guna have to do limericks when I go on placement at some point aren't I? :D

I will write you one.... as soon as I can think of something to rhyme with Liz!

here's another, my first ever limerick, written for vickitorious  :

There once was a girlie named vicki,
who liked to eat swetts that are sticky,
she said 'GOSH, what a mess,
I've got Jam on my dress,
and I feel a wee bit sicky!'

and the one I wrote for HBB:

There once was a chap named Ben,
Who wrote music with a pen,
    he was ever so clever,
and could write music for ever,
he's better than most other men!

    I like that one

You should get these published! You could even write this on the front cover:
    'Works by limerick Fi,
    Crafted beautifully by she,
    All about band-folk,
They're far from a big joke,
Fi is a legend you see!'

Ha! I can't believe i forgot about this! We did do ryhming in an English lecture and had a go at making our own (t'was based on some rhyming princesses book!)

    Some included-
Princess kelly likes to eat jelly
Princess holly is off her trolley
Princess Fi lives in a tree- apt?!
and my personal favourite - Princess tom is big and strong! (he suited it so well!)

Oooh, you'll enjoy that lecture!! :) Have you ever read green eggs and ham?

Well thats pretty impressive cos i don't have it at my house, and never have done?!!

You are often more drunk than i realise arent you?!! Are you sure your not mistaking it with the "Fingo" the gold fish incident ......we tried to sing?!!.....And to think the marines claim to be professional musicians! they cant even make Fingo rhyme in time with Bingo!!

Ah yes, that's the one! I'd recommend that to anyone too!

There you go then Fi. Don't worry about the imporant *intellectual* books on the reading list. You need to stock up on childrens books (telling a story is one of your first tasks anyway!) and i would highly recomend the AC and Black Music books

Particulary Bingo Lingo, and Tomb thumbs musical maths.
They take the tunes of nursery rhymes and replace the words with literacy or numeracy related ones!
It's a Rhyming miracle! Very fun to do with the little ones, and has kept me and my housemates entertained for hours!
