Can anybody suggest a second section possibly edging on first section test piece with a nice big majestic ending? I can think of loads higher up and lower down the scale but not many second section:rolleyes: !!!
    Thanks in advance,

Firestorm (Bulla???)... cracking piece, or a tough test might be Land of the Long White Cloud (Sparke). You could even try Symphony of Marches (Vinter). Another that I feel is easy but once played in a 1st section contest is Tournament for Brass (Ball).

Another one that is quite hard for 2nd section but is a superb piece nonetheless is Fantasy for Band (Arnold).

There ya go... a few for starters! good luck.
