1st section europeans

    i spotted last week that there is a 1st section european at the same time as the champ section one , but noticed there were no english bands there.
    If we (frek) win the 1st section nationals this year for example , if we want to can we be invited to the 1st sections europeans (not that the rest of the band will want to go i just wanna know) ?
